atelier 4A is a female collective currently studying M.Arch Architecture at the University for the Creative Arts. Our research focuses on capturing the experiences of women working within the construction industry, bringing to light first-hand accounts and personal experiences through a series of interviews.

We hope this work furthers conversations that look at what it is like to be a woman in the construction industry at this present time and sparks conversation within the industry.
